Whether you choose to pay by credit/debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay, GAMEFACE never has access to your personal payment information.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund takes 1-3 business days after initiating the refund depending on the bank account and day of the week.

How to log into my account?

You can log into your account by clicking on the person/account icon in the upper right corner of the website or go to the following link: gameface.eu/account/login, after that you provide your account information in the Email and Password fields to login.

How can I change my password?

1. You can change your password by clicking on the person/account icon in the upper right corner of the website or go to the following link: gameface.eu/account/login, then click on “Forgot your password?” or go the following link: gameface.eu/account/login#recover.

2. If you are logged in to your account, you can change your password in the your account dashboard after clicking on the “Account Details” tab.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago and still has a “Processing/being Processed” order status.

Prices

The Product price shall correspond to the list price appearing on the Site. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping. Shipping costs (at the stated price) will be added automatically to the total amount due once your items appear in the cart and you have selected your desired shipping method.

Delivery prices and costs are subject to change at any time; however, such changes shall not affect the orders for which we have already sent a Shipping Confirmation.

Currencies

Payments as well as refunds for shipments are all invoiced in Euro (EUR). But you can switch to other international currencies with the currency selector at the bottom right of our Site.
